With over 14 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian in the UK, Luke brings a deep evidence-based understanding of nutrition combined with a practical, real-world approach.
A lifelong health and fitness enthusiast and former semi-professional rugby union player, Luke understands firsthand the demands of training, recovery, and balancing nutrition with a busy lifestyle. His coaching focuses on personalized nutritional planning, habit-building, and motivational support—meeting individuals where they are and helping them move forward with confidence.
Known for his warm, approachable coaching style, Luke works with people of all backgrounds and experience levels, whether the goal is improving performance, building healthier routines, or developing a better relationship with food.
